I was referred to Mr. Baksh from a friend. He fought for us at the closing. He saw a violation where the Seller's attorney missed it when his client bought. Mr. Baksh refused to close with the violation and threatened to sue the Seller if he tried to kill the deal. Thank you for fighting for us.
