Mr. Baksh and his office recently helped me with a home closing. I have to say I am very pleased with the entire process from start to finish.
However, since then they have been poor. They don't return calls. They don't answer questions and I continually have to call everyday this week to deal with issue.

I was very happy with my house closing. I was especially happy with Shumi. She spoke Bengali to me and was so patient. I called many times and she never got upset with me. I am a first time home buyer so I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them. If you are Bengali, you need to use this lawyer office. They really care about you.

I am a second time home buyer, not to mention I had little more experience on home purchasing before. So I just say it's - Awesome service! we had to make several changes to our agreement and every time they helped us and took care of the changes. The staff is also very polite and helpfull specially Mahfuja. Will use this service again for sure. Another point - he had charged almost half price than the other attorney.

It was our first time buying a house and I couldn’t say enough how smooth the process was for us, thanks to our attorney Mr. Baksh and his amazing team. They have helped us guide through the entire process and kept us up to date about different legal requirements and their communications with the seller’s attorney. They are very approachable, especially Sumi and Anupa, and always answered our calls and address any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner.
