Rosenberg also got crucial information about my case incorrect, after I explained it to him. I recently hired this lawyer thru some friend's reference. We had a dispute over the inclusion or exclusion of lien search fees (which he failed to provide full disclosure of fees and intended to charge 400~500 USD, way above the average fee of 250~300 USD according to my internet research) He sensed my dissatisfaction and resigned. The whole experience is rather bad on my side.
