The lawyer is very efficient and so is the Spanish lady on at the desk. However the woman facing the door talks to cli nts on a very condescending tone and is very obnoxious. I was refer by my parents who have been a client for over 10 years But it was the first time I was doing court procedures for eviction. It is upsetting that people going through this process have to deal with people like her.

The receptionist is extremely rude and jumps to conclusions. Unfortunately these people are not well equipped and don't seem to care for their customers.
