Jack Glasser is the best attorney we have met and we went through a lot of attorneys. He is a tough negotiator and will not take no for an answer. Jack is highly professional, capable, and he understands the legal process very well. His rates are reasonable for what his legal knowledge. He gets the job done.

I was introduced to Mr. Glasser by a friend who highly recommended him. I had a terrible case where I was being sued for hundreds of thousands of dollars and it was not my fault! The whole case against me was a farce and Mr. Glasser agreed but Judge Katherine Levine ordered me to go to trial on the damage claim against me. Mr. Glasser demanded that we appeal and I did so at his urging only. I could have paid this claim and lost a fortune but Mr. Glasser was right. The appeals court reversed Judge Levine and ruled in my favor and dismissed the entire claim against me. Mr. Glasser may have saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars. This lawyer is one of the best in New York. He really knows what he is doing. His knowledge of the law is amazing. He is listed in the appeals court as having filed hundreds of appeals in the 40 years that he has been around. How many lawyers do you know that have filed hundreds of appeals like that? And wins them! He does not take no for an answer. He put Judge Levine in her place and I won the case. Thank you Jack!

I have my own practice - I'm a Personal Injury lawyer - and we came to Mr. Glasser with a problem that we were having with our nasty landlord. We had heard about his reputation from within the industry as a bulldog attorney and as one of the premier litigators in Queens County. Our Landlord was giving us a real hard time and causing us problems, and he took me to court. Mr. Glasser looked at the paperwork and immediately recognized that it was fatally defective - in other words, the papers that I got served were bad. Mr. Glasser got the case dismissed on the second appearance and I couldn't be happier with the job that he did. I will definitely go back to him for all of my landlord-tenant and real estate related issues!

Jack, Kyle and staff went well above and beyond all my expectations in handling my case. From the moment that I walked through the door Jack and staff made sure that I knew that I was in good hands and that they would be with me every step of what was a trying and extremely stressful landlord case. All the way through the trial Jack and Kyle fought the fight, crippling the petitioner's counsel on more than one occasion. While no attorney can ever guarantee outcomes, Jack and Kyle gave good solid, realistic advice and held true to their convictions throughout the process. Mr.Glasser is an outstanding attorney, but more than that he treat his clients with the highest of respect. in my humble opinion he is one of the best in the Boro of Queens.

In the beginning things was very hard. I questioned if the decision we made would be the right one. As time went by the questions bothered me in my head. I felt as though I was getting impatient and nervous because each day something else would happen to prolong the case. Overall I am happy with the decision that was made because Jack told us to trust him he had our best interest at heart. It was hard to believe because of what I was going through but I put faith in his work. Jack Glasser and his associates were thorough and very detailed. I realized while watching them work I was safe. They stated the facts and kept it simple. In the end we won. I realized sometimes you have to let people do their jobs that you are paying them for. Jack is not a babysitter. He is a lawyer and has been for many years. He is not going to coddle you. He will tell you want you need to know the rest is for him to stress and take care of for you. My experience was hard but I would not have done any different.

People may have there own Opinion about jack but he is such a wonderful lawyer for me he not only got me more time for my case but in the very last min of me being evicted he got the paper signed for them not to come! And another court date for me to get a better and new deal.. He filed all the proper papers and the right time and knows what he is doing.. I just want to thank him for all his work he had done for me and my family!
