Lack of responsiveness and communication
“Extremely unresponsive and hard to get anything from. A family member is using this firm and it's been over a year with no result. If you call to ask about the case, they don't have a clue and essentially just ghost you.”

Questionable billing practices and hidden fees
“She charged me an extra $175, which wasn't included in the fees what we agreed on. When I asked, I was told it's because she 'typed' a 'letter of instruction'. Like seriously? I worked in a law office, and all the instruction letters and everything are always saved in the system!”

Delayed and mishandled legal proceedings
“It was still not submitted at the court in mid September. By law, they can file it after 45 days from the defendant was served (when it's uncontested). Her paralegal Nisha said 50 days in the beginning and later, Nazmeen the attorney herself told me they have to wait 2 months 10 days when I started questioning.”
