Cons
1
The law firm is known for being unresponsive and lacking in communication with clients
“Extremely unresponsive and hard to get anything from. A family member is using this firm and it's been over a year with no result. If you call to ask about the case, they don't have a clue and essentially just ghost you.”
2
There have been reports of the firm overcharging clients and adding unexpected fees
“She charged me an extra $175, which wasn't included in the fees what we agreed on. When I asked, I was told it's because she 'typed' a 'letter of instruction'. Like seriously? I worked in a law office, and all the instruction letters and everything are always saved in the system!”
3
Some clients have experienced delays in the firm's handling of their cases, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction
“It was still not submitted at the court in mid September. By law, they can file it after 45 days from the defendant was served (when it's uncontested). Her paralegal Nisha said 50 days in the beginning and later, Nazmeen the attorney herself told me they have to wait 2 months 10 days when I started questioning.”
