My experience with this law firm was truly disappointing. I initially hired them with the expectation that they would defend me properly, but I soon realized they were only representing me, which is not the same. It became clear that all they cared about was money. I requested several important actions for my case, but they didn’t follow through. However, they never forgot to send reminders to collect their fees. The most frustrating part was the attitude of the person in charge of payments, who spoke to me rudely on one occasion. I reported this to her superior, but I doubt they did anything about it. I also asked the lawyer to speed up the case because I couldn’t afford to spend more money, and her response was that if I didn’t have more money, we could simply end the case right then. This made it obvious that they only care about dragging out cases to get more money for each hearing, without regard for their clients' well-being. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a lawyer who is truly committed to their defense or case. "If Google gave me the option, instead of giving them yellow stars, I would give them 30 red stars."

Please dont send any money until you get a retainer agreement to read over. I found it extremely unprofessional how the moment I got off my free consultation call, the ‘finance manager’ called me right away to ask how I’ll be paying and they’re ready for my payment. They said they send the retainer agreement after payment for review and signature. They ended up sending me in underline and bolded a “proposed retainer agreement” and when I read it over, I was shocked at how hungry this firm is to steal your money. On the phone, I was told it was a flat-rate one time fee - on the retainer it did NOT say that. It stated only as an “initial payment” plus Additional monies to be paid as earned and invoiced. It also stated that even if they spend X amount of hours on my case - I will not be getting a refund. I noticed how they didn’t want to provide me with cost until they found out how much assets I have, to charge me top dollar. Thank god I did more research after and found it very strange how quickly they wanted me to pay without reviewing or signing any form of agreement on services. I have spoken to a few law firms, not one asked me for payment ASAP without a retainer agreement in place and ready for me to sign. This firm seems to only care about money, just read the google reviews. Continue to do your research and stay alert!
