I would highly recommend this law firm whenever you have any legal matters to be taken care of. The attorney reached out to me the same business day once I submitted my enquiry on the website. The consultation is free and she was very helpful and professional at all times no doubt one of the best in New York.

Claudio & Associates from the beginning have been awesome, professional, and diligent. Every question and concern that I’ve had was answered within a timely fashion. Currently, we collaborating on a custodial and child support case. Cassie, my case manager has exceeded beyond my expectations. From her warm demeanor to her customer service, she has made me feel at ease. To my managing attorney Ms. Young, I have watch her work the courtroom with style and grace. Lastly, Jennifer who oversees my account gives me cordial reminders about my account balance. Overall, the entire firm is exceptionally wonderful. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I would not recommend. I paid the retainer fee and provided all the documents they needed for a change of circumstances to be placed in family court only for them to sit on it for months. They understood my situation and this whole time I was unable to see my daughter because of their lack of action. Ultimately, nothing was submitted to the court before I stopped service with them. As a customer, father, disabled veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan I am very disappointed in this organization. The grief and pain they caused me is great and I am in mental health counseling for it.

Avoid this firm if I were you. They will bill you relentlessly if you have any assets. They will do as they see fit and disregard your input as to how you want your case handled or settled. Beware when they ask for a telephone conference that is not recorded as an email is documented proof of a conversation. ( And they also bill for every emails ) In NY a client has rights go to the NY Courts website and they will explain everything. Remember attorneys work for you they are your employee and you pay the bills. If you believe the owners response please review all negative reviews on Google Reviews and Yelp then decide for yourself. I wish I did. I informed them not to appear on an off the record appearance they did anyway and billed me. I informed them not to settle because my documentation wasn't correct they sent an email they were going to settle regardless of what I said and distribute monies to the other party without my permission. Get this !! They then called an attorney I am not associated with to state my documentation was correct and they were dispensing the funds. This conduct is what they claim to be a professional, concerned local business that's on your side. Decide for yourself but remember you were warned.

I definitely am pleased with the work Claudio & Associates have done for my case! Professional demeanor all across the team from the secretary to the lawyers. Understanding, kind, true to their word , and the years of experience show they can handle any situation at hand. They are heaven sent! I truly love how knowledgeable they were with the type of case I presented them to defend. They worked in my best interest and got the results I needed. I thank them for allowing me to have my life back and on my terms. I wish I can gve 10 starts !
