Gail is genuinely amazing. Calm and brilliant and strong and supportive, attentive and highly responsive. Blessed to have found her name recommended on a local FB post. Gail helped make the stressful separation process as painless and as smooth as possible. Even in the early throes of the COVID-19 pandemic, we navigated through as a team. She was fair and honest about her fees, and always recommended ways to keep the cost down. There is peace and stability in our lives now. I can't thank her enough.

Gail Kenowitz is extraordinary! I divorced in 1991 and, at that time, I was too stressed to even think about the future. I remember telling her at that time that I did not care about his pension and wanted nothing from him. I remember her standing in her office with her hand on her hip saying “I will not allow you to do this - you may need it someday”. Move forward to 2018. When it was time for my ex husband to retire he had to give me part of his pension. Although I am in a better place today than all those years ago I decided to take it so my children could benefit from it. I am very grateful to Gail for having the vision so many years ago!

Gail was my attorney for my divorce and in several encounters with my ex thereafter. She is smart, tough and caring - the latter, being an attribute that I believe is hard to find in such a business.

I had originally spoken with Ms. Kenowitz regarding my separation from my husband of 14 years in the spring of 2012. The separation became an official divorce this past summer. She did not just fill out a standard legal template, but creatively incorporated clauses and mechanisms that protected my rights while ensuring they did not push the boundaries of being unenforceable. Additionally, she had a strong understanding of structures that are practical to administer in real-life situations through her extensive experience in divorce lawsuits & settlements and was able to provide invaluable advice on items to include in the document. I used Ms. Kenowitz Esq. in 2002 for my divorce hearing. She was both professional and knowledgeable. In 2010 I began another hearing with family court for monies due to me and my stipulation. Many people asked "How was I able to receive this?" I said my lawyer got it for me. She looked into the future of my children. There school all the way to college. They were only 8 and 6 at the time divorce. Thanks Gail again for a job well done. When we go through divorce it is stressful and never look beyond getting it over with. We don't consider the future of the divorce for ourselves or our children. She did all that for me. She made me realize go beyond today thing future plans.
