Names Jon Arroyo, I first retained the at the time “ Law office of Michael Alber “ when the mother of my youngest had kept me from my daughter without the legal authority to do so for an excess of 5 months with 0 contact. I spoke to Michael who first calmed me down heard me out as a human and then initiated business with a plan of attack. I was shocked because him being the head of the firm you’d think he doesn’t have time for people yet he always found time to make sure I was ok and always stood on top of the game to make sure our plan was fool proof. Since our custody case began many moons ago I’ve had the joy of working with several attorneys from this firm. Ms.Emily who got a bogus order of protection dismissed. She’s a young attorney but very sharp and personable. She definitely handled herself well in court and got us a winning result. Ms. Jean, who assisted in our first hearing, yet another strong attorney with immeasurable experience and strong supporter and advocate for fathers rights in the courts. And last but not least Mr. Steven Zeluski. Me and Steve had a love hate relationship. I was in my feelings a lot about things and we disagreed a lot but for my own personal reasons. Once my feelings were settled Steve was able to help me overcome them by explaining the laws in grave detail and how certain ones will benefit me in my case and how going alternate routes could jeopardize the case. I’m glad that I listened to someone who has a thick amount of skin in the game and helped me achieve a result that unfortunately is not shared among the many men fighting to be in their children’s lives. Steve is very chill but in the court room or negotiating chambers he’s an entirely different person. Fearless, aggressive and has a never back down attitude, especially when he sees his client has been being bullied or mistreated by the opposing party. Because of his efforts we secured 3 weekends a month ( 4 days 3 nights )the first 3 weeks of every month indefinitely. Which will allow me a respectable amount of time to remain an influence in my daughters life. A geographic restriction to prevent the child from moving outside of the 5 boroughs and parts of Long Island, and joint legal custody. This firm as well as Michael are dedicated to providing the best possible service they can to their clients. They’re constantly expanding which is excellent from a client perspective because seeing growth means you’re doing well! And they’re constantly retaining the best talent in all areas of law to ensure the highest rates of success. The first rule of law is no outcome in a courtroom is guaranteed, however there is no law about probability of success. If you want to increase your odds even in climates where legally it may seem “ biased “ then select this firm as they are equipped with high caliber attorneys, a founder who genuinely cares about the clients and an overall team who wants nothing more than for you to succeed and achieve the best possible result.
