Josh is extremely knowledgeable, patient and actually cares about his clients. He picked up my case after a disastrous run with another attorney that lead to what could quite possible be considered the worst custodial settlement of all time. He had to restructure my child support case as the previous attorney had knowingly submitted fraudulent numbers on my behalf which had lead to what could have potentially turned into a criminal offense. Even with the catastrophic mishandling of the child support, he found a way to create a highly beneficial situation for myself and my current wife that was fair and equitable for my children. I cannot say this enough, if you need a lawyer who cares and can get things done Mr. Hecht is your guy. Thank you for everything you’ve done for myself and my family.

Joshua is an excellent lawyer. He is committed and he personalized my experience as i went through my ugly divorce. My situation at the time was difficult been that my ex husband had gone abroad. Joshua when beyond my expectations. He made several called internationally to reach out to my ex husband and send all documents to be signed abroad. I was fortunate to have met Josh when I was halfway into the process of a difficult divorce in Nassau County Supreme Matrimonial Court. I had hired two previous lawyers to help me with my case. Mr Hecht was my attorney in a child litigation case. His ability to research prior statute was excellant. Unfortunately, his performance in the courtroom left much to be desired. He was completely inept at presenting a case to the judge, and even worse at cross examining a witness. Pass him by for someone with more experience.
