We had the opportunity to work with Dan Webster with the firm on a real estate transaction and some business work. I have worked with many attorneys in big firms and I have not worked with someone as competent, kind, fair and responsive as Dan. We had a difficult closing from the sellers side and he handed it calmly and called us regularly assuring us he was on it. We finally closed and negotiated extra income for us for the delay.
