Being a total real estate novice, my husband and I felt very lucky to have Ryan, Melissa Ruvio and team behind us. We had a few glitches with the title and other issues which made me quite nervous that we would not be able to purchase the house. Melissa held my hand and walked me through the entire process. I could not have asked for a more experienced team to have at the table with us at closing!
