Lack of communication and updates from the attorney
“He never let me know the court date was changed. Texted him, he called back asking who I was ? (I signed my name in text message). Told me to call on Monday, which I did, no answer /I came to court date and sat there from morning until afternoon to find out that he had resigned.”

Overcharging for services and not delivering expected outcomes
“He charge me $6000 I was new in USA i found him online but the things is I had a problem with my wife that was silly matters after that I contact Grauman for prove me against my wife I did not assault her. Grauman he said your case will be finished within 2 month but it's took 9 month but the biggest things is one day he called me and tell me you have pled guilty then your case will be finished and you have to pay $120 otherwise it will take long time you can't apply anywhere etc.”
