We all make bad decisions in our lives sometimes those decisions can cause us to have serious consequences. My consequence of driving in a vehicle that had two fully automatic weapons resulted in me being charged with two C felonies and 1 D Felony. I was additionally charged with two more felonies because I was in possession of two fake $50 bills that were given to me by the men who brought the weapons into my car. Even though the weapons were not mine I was still charged with them. To make matters worse the men wanted me to take responsibility for the crime or my family would be harmed. I didn't want my family to be endangered so at my arraignment I yelled out I I take full responsibility of the crime to the judge. When I was bailed out of jail my mother and I we're overwhelmed with worry they had offered me four years in prison for a crime did I did not commit. We didn't know who to turn to or where to go for help. But then my mother remembered the name William Ezersky an attorney who was recommended by my bail bondsman. When I first met Mr Ezersky and explain to him my situation he told me that in the 40 years he has never had a case where a defendant blatantly confessed to the crime. At the end of the consultation Mr Ezersky said that he couldn't think of a way to help me and that he was sorry, I nearly got sick in his office. But then a few days later Mr Ezersky called me and said he told the district attorney of my case the circumstances of my situation. Mr Ezersky , me and the district attorney had a conference together and at the end of the conference the district attorney said I don't know if I can help you. I was devastated because I thought now I was absolutely going to prison. But Mr Ezersky was relentless with trying to get my charges dropped. He was persistent and always kept me calm about the situation by saying that I am in good hands and that he is fighting for the best deal possible. In the end Mr Ezersky had achieved that by convincing the prosecutor that I was not involved in this crime by any means. I couldn't believe he was able to get all of my charges dropped after I confessed to the crime in court. Mr Ezersky had gotten all 5 of my charges dropped, a clean record and a peace of mind. Mr Ezersky is my savior without him my life would have been ruined. I owe him everything and hope he continues to bless other people's lives as he did mine.

I was going to court for 1 year and half and mr william helped me alot and listened to me i was going to do big time in jail but he told me dont worry ur case is in my hand and know im a free man and i can get back to my original life thank you for everything mr william he is a highly recommended lawyer best of the best thanks

Mr william is the greatest lawyer.i was facing 7- 25 years for satuatory rape because the girl lied bout her age and she ran away and he saved my life because told him the truth about happen and believed me right and know i doing a 26 week progam and once completed i free from all charges he is recommended to anybody who needs a lawyer thank you for everything i get to have my life thanks.

I was involved on a B felony conspiracy on the second for Drugs. Almost facing from 3-9 years first time offense, Mr. William did a great job and represented me the best way. Now i am looking at 5 year probation. I thank him very much for his work and everything he did for me and all my family. So i was charged with second degree robbery an assault for a crime i didnt commit no one believed me but mr. Ezersky believed in me an got all the charged dropped. Hes a very wonderful person just listen to what he says an everything will be alright.

I am writing a personal testimony for anyone who may (and I pray not) find themselves in a situation that at first seems devastating and hopeless because you've never had to retain a lawyer and to put your trust in one seemed, quite frankly, frightening. That was all true until I was referred to Mr. William Ezersky by a taxi driver that had been arrested and charged for a DUI also. I was arrested For driving under the influence of alcohol ( well over the legal limit), collided with another vehicle which turn hit a parked car and I left the scene of the accident for I was scared for the exact fate in which I was handed. I was arrested and released the next evening. I've never had any priors and maintained a superior driving record up to that date. I was consulated over the phone with Mr. Ezersky the same night I was released and when our conversation ended I KNEW that He was going to be the one to help steer my ship out of the murky waters that I had entered. We made an appointment to meet and during our in person consultation Mr. Ezersky was extremely organized had everything printed out from the court with said charges. He told me that everything was going to work out in my favor, to stop worrying, and to trust him and his 35 years of legal experience to lead our way and Indeed ALL that Mr Ezersky proclaimed came true today!!!! My three misdemeanor charges were (thank you mr. Ezersky and God) reduced to violations and the fourth count was dismissed (hit and run). I'm in complete awe of him and beyond the mere words grateful...but I am. I'm grateful. I also would like to thank his staff and especially Lovely Glenda for all of her assistance, conversation to help ease any additional aniexty, and thoughtful prayers that she would send to me. I am grateful for Her too! Lastly, I felt incredibly proud when My Lawyer, Mr Ezersky would enter the court room for the respect that his peers show him (including the wonderful Judges) made me feel proud and completely reassured that I am and have been in the best care a person could ever ask for. Here it was my niece made a mistake. Youth can be foolish. Low & behold my sister would be crying in church as every lawyer she called priced the case at an arm & a leg . William took it on not only at a great price but at a Win. He kind , honest and compassionate & my niece now has a second chance and a clean record. I don't have the right words to thank this man for what he did for my husband and my family. I'm the world of DUIs, it is very difficult to get a good deal without repercussions in the future.
