Poor communication and responsiveness, often fails to return calls
“Calls were not answered, trying to get a hold of him was a nightmare and then when you finally did get him on the phone I felt rushed and I couldn't even get out the questions I needed to ask, one time he even hung up on me when I tried to ask him one more thing.”
