First, Luke was recommended to me by an acquaintance. From my first discussion with him he was very knowledgeable of the law and my situation. Answered all questions I had regarding what needs to be done. My issue involved the police, so he reached out to whom ever he needed at the precinct and resolved my situation. I’ve been around the block more than a couple of times, not police involved but business disputes and sorts. This time I felt that from the get go that I had someone on my side, to resolve my predicament the best way possible. Btw, he did all of that on Memorial Day weekend which to me is mind boggling since every lawyer on the planet was on vacation. Simply put, if I could put six stars here I would!!

Luke was very knowledgeable about my case and really made me feel comfortable with his efforts to make my horrible experience with DMV investigators go away. I researched DWI lawyers and stumbled upon Mr. Scardigno's website. I read through many reviews which were overwhelmingly positive so I decided to give him a call. After receiving the consultation with him over the phone, I was honestly still hesitant because I did not want to have to pay so much for a lawyer. But he called me back shortly after and worked out a deal and payment plan, so I retained his services. He honestly told me I can pay whenever I wanted and that he trusted me, which I greatly appreciate and will honor. He was very straight-forward with me about how my case was looking and didn't try to sugar coat the details. But he was also very kind and understanding and his words were very genuine. I never knew I would end up needing a lawyer ever in my life until the day my previous toxic relationship ended in the result of domestic violence and me having to defend myself.
