Called to see if I can get a deal that was offered to me back because my legal aid attorney wasn't conveying the the importance of taking this deal or explaining it to my understanding Mr. Scardigno Called the DA in a matter of mins I had a call back with my prior offer and a better deal at that. So appreciative of him he's great and a shark at what he does if you need an attorney Scardigno is who you need!!

Attorney Scardigno was very patient with me, took my case (even when it was short notice).... And when I called for further questioning (one year after). He still was kind enough to guide me. I recommend him because of his compassionate character and knowledge in criminal law.

I never write reviews on google, I believe this is my first one but I just had to for Luke. Was essentially shopping around for an attorney for my family court related case and while most of the law offices offered consultations starting at $200+, Luke spoke with me about my case for almost an hour (two separate calls) at no cost. He answered all of my many many questions, was incredibly kind and patient, gave me step by step instructions on what to do and what not to do, and is obviously very well educated with my type of case. As my stress and anxiety has been growing with this unfortunate situation, Luke provided me with so much peace of mind. All of that for free! Also offered a payment plan for future costs as he is aware I lost my job earlier this year due to the pandemic. I look forward to working with him on my case and I know I won't regret it. Luke saved my A$$! I had a desk appearance ticket for d****. He worked hard, I was nervous and scared he made me feel comfortable and got everything dropped. Originally he charged me 2500 which I was ok with, then he reduced the fee to 750$. He let me make payments and pay the day of court. He is definitely worth every penny.
