After reading many criminal defense lawyer reviews online Luke Scardigno stood out. I decided to email him. He called back within hours. After speaking to him for only 15 minutes I knew I made the right choice. His warmth, friendliness and non-judgmental attitude won me over first. However, it was his empathetic professional breakdown of how he would handle my case that won me over. The final decision of my case was just as he predicted—A dismissal with a required class. Luke had a way of making me feel like I was his only client.(I'm sure he has many clients) I was afraid, anxious and stressed he gave me a sense of relief after each communication. I have to thank Luke and his staff for their patience with me. I had a zillion questions, most were answered within hours either by email, text or phone. His professional service was exemplary at an affordable price. I researched DWI lawyers and stumbled upon Mr. Scardigno's website. I read through many reviews which were overwhelmingly positive so I decided to give him a call. After receiving the consultation with him over the phone, I was honestly still hesitant because I did not want to have to pay so much for a lawyer. But he called me back shortly after and worked out a deal and payment plan, so I retained his services. He honestly told me I can pay whenever I wanted and that he trusted me, which I greatly appreciate and will honor. He was very straight-forward with me about how my case was looking and didn't try to sugar coat the details. But he was also very kind and understanding and his words were very genuine. He assured me that he would work his hardest to help me out with my case. His team, Mayrobi and Joan are also wonderful. They always kept in contact with me to let me know the status of my case and what was needed of me in order to help my case out. After months of contact with them, I received the greatest news...my case was dismissed! Mr. Scardigno was able to work magic! I honestly and truly can't thank him and his team enough. They were such a pleasure to work with. I can rest a little easier knowing that my case has been dealt with by such a professional. Thank you so much for everything you have done! Mr. Scardigno saved my career! I can not be more thankful for all the hard work that Luke did to save my license.
