Luke is amazing but I do have to give a shoutout to his secretary Mayrobi. She holds the office together. She is a woman of her words and keeps the office running. She definitely gets back to all the clients and is always in contact with you if there are any issues. Thank you Mayrobi.

I never write reviews on google, I believe this is my first one but I just had to for Luke. Was essentially shopping around for an attorney for my family court related case and while most of the law offices offered consultations starting at $200+, Luke spoke with me about my case for almost an hour (two separate calls) at no cost. He answered all of my many many questions, was incredibly kind and patient, gave me step by step instructions on what to do and what not to do, and is obviously very well educated with my type of case. As my stress and anxiety has been growing with this unfortunate situation, Luke provided me with so much peace of mind. All of that for free! Also offered a payment plan for future costs as he is aware I lost my job earlier this year due to the pandemic. I look forward to working with him on my case and I know I won't regret it. I am so grateful that my husband retained Mr. Scardigno for a first time domestic violence arrest during this pandemic. My husband wasn't allowed to come back home or even see his children for 6 months. His court date was originally set for November but then the courthouse sent a letter indicating that the court date would be held at a future unknown date due to the courts being closed because of COVID-19. Furthermore, my husband lost his job due to the arrest which he didn't even realize would occur but Mr. Scardigno pointed this out during the initial call. He asked questions about our family and was very empathetic to our situation. Not only is Mr. Scardigno an experienced professional in his field, but he is also a caring, family man. He wasn't looking to just make money. He was truly concerned about our situation and even took off $500 from his initial fee which we are truly grateful for as well. He was honest about what he could do and very responsive via calls and texts. Mr. Scardigno worked quickly to close this case and have us come out of this nightmare back to some sort of normalcy. He was able to have the charges dropped from a third degree assault to a disorderly conduct - which will allow my husband to get back to work. He was also able to remove the full order of protection to a limited order of protection which now allows my children to see their father and have him home. The case was closed and sealed in one week, thanks to Mr. Scardigno. His assistant, Joan was also very sweet and almost like a therapist when she received our call.
