First, Luke was recommended to me by an acquaintance. From my first discussion with him he was very knowledgeable of the law and my situation. Answered all questions I had regarding what needs to be done. My issue involved the police, so he reached out to whom ever he needed at the precinct and resolved my situation. I’ve been around the block more than a couple of times, not police involved but business disputes and sorts. This time I felt that from the get go that I had someone on my side, to resolve my predicament the best way possible. Btw, he did all of that on Memorial Day weekend which to me is mind boggling since every lawyer on the planet was on vacation. Simply put, if I could put six stars here I would!!

At this time, I felt defeated and fearful of losing my children completely. Until one day while waiting to join a court appearance via audio conference, I heard a voice which sounded like music to my ears, I heard “Ronald Nir, attorney for Albert French” and I instantly felt like everything would be okay and it was. In just a year’s time Mr. Nir, negotiated a settlement which afforded me full custody of my son, Jordan and continuous visitation with my daughter who decided to remain in NY with her mother. I will leave you by stating to whoever takes the time to read this review. In my mind Mr. Nir, is an angel in a suit, he has worked miracles for me and he will do the same for you. The only thing you’re need to tell yourself is “I want to win” and Mr. Nir will appear.

Luke was very knowledgeable about my case and really made me feel comfortable with his efforts to make my horrible experience with DMV investigators go away. He went above and beyond to make sure my voice was heard and not shut off by DMV. He made sure that DMV was listening to my rights. Luke truly is the voice of the voiceless. No matter what scare tactics they throw at him he proved to me he knows the laws and has no problem fighting back with his knowledge of DMV laws. Who ever reads this you should go with Luke. I want to start off with saying Mr. Nir is a very dedicated and concerned criminal defense attorney. If you are looking for someone who takes all of your thoughts, questions and concerns into consideration, this is your guy! When your are dealing with something as serious as your freedom, you want someone who has your best interest at heart and takes their job seriously, which is what Mr. Nir does. He has helped me feel at ease throughout my husband's entire case, kept me updated every step of the way and even provided expertise advice before he was officially hired. With covid-19 and all of its restrictions, and even with courts/jails being closed, it didn't stop him from doing his job. Sometimes life hits you with an expected curve ball, if you ever find yourself in a jam, give Mr.Nir a call and let him take care of it.

I never knew I would end up needing a lawyer ever in my life until the day my previous toxic relationship ended in the result of domestic violence and me having to defend myself. I was extremely anxious and stressed and so I began looking and spoke to a few lawyers. Luke was the one I chose and I do not regret it. Since day one when we first met, he told me he would lower my felony to a misdemeanor. He told me he can see that I am not a bad person and that I deserved justice. The time came to finally see the judge on virtual camera (since the courts are closed because of the pandemic) and I was so thrilled and relieved to see that my case had indeed been passed down as a disorderly conduct!
