He is ethical, earnest, and outcome driven. I feel lucky to have crossed paths with him. As a previous reviewer mentioned, I would like to also note that Luke’s staff cultivated a welcoming space and helpfully facilitated the logistical aspect of this legal process.

Luke Scardigno was referred to me. My uncle had gotten himself into a problem with fraud unknowingly when he first came into this country, it caught up with him a couple of days ago and was charged with 5 charges of fraud. Although Luke told me that my uncle definitely wouldn’t be seen on the first night of his arrest he still travelled to the court house between the hours of 10pm and 11pm to meet my father and I and speak with us to give us a better understanding of what was going on. Surely his days are busy but he treats you as his main priority, updates you as soon as he hears anything and really cares about his clients. He knows exactly what he’s doing and in the end my uncle’s charges were dismissed. You won’t find another lawyer that cares about you as much as he does. I will highly recommend him to anyone that needs his assistance. His pricing is also very reasonable to the point that he definitely deserves more. Mr. Scardigno did an excellent job handling my case. It was unique in a way since the DWI complicated and correlated with my other cases at the Federal and Family Courts. He was very professional about every step of the procedure. As the matter of fact he showed that he was taking matters personally in despite of a cap we agreed on. He put much more effort and time into it then his job has required. I am sure that the outcome would be much worse if it was not for his outstanding performance.
