I met with Mr. Cooper to discuss my problems with my tenants. Subsequent to our meeting, he immediately began the proceedings. Anyone who is knowledgeable about this field knows the complications that could occur and how frustrating it can be. My experience with Mr. Cooper made this as smooth and stress-free as possible.
