I first worked with Alex Shiryak 8 years ago when purchasing a co-op for the very first time. When it came time to sell it, I went right back because even 8 years later, I remembered how pleased I was with the service. It was so easy to reach Alex anytime and I cannot even express how grateful I was for his assistant Nancy! She would send me emails at midnight on a Sunday. She truly goes above and beyond. Real estate jargon is confusing and whether you're a buyer or seller, it's a stressful process. I totally trust these guys to handle any issues of mine on that front. 10/10 recommend!!

Hire at your own RISK! I paid this attorney thousands of dollars for a custody case only for him to get my case thrown out because of errors. Even the referee (judge) said he had been my attorney for months and should have recognized the error. Thousands of dollars wasted, time gone and more lost visits with my son.
