We hired Peter to write some contracts for us. He covered details we hadn't considered which ultimely protected our licenses. We were a real nuisance and demanding at times, but Peter could not have been more patient or accommodating with changes we made throughout the process. His rates were reasonable. This man is a brilliant, highly experienced attorney. We strongly recommend his services and we will be using him again as needed.

Peter and his group were one of the best to have on my team during my recent co-op purchase. This was a tough purchase, with the seller pulling a fast one on us until the last minute. Awful, failed to simply re-write an amendment for over 2 weeks and when we politely requested he do so he wrote a nasty email to us asking 'why have a lawyer if you don't trust him'?

My wife and I hired Peter Zacchea as our Real Estate attorney and from the minute we spoke to him a lot of our anxieties and fears about the process subsided. Once our offer was accepted he was ready to review the financial stability of the Co-Op we were buying into. He made sure there were no financial red flags that would affect us as shareholders in the future. He was patient in explaining the legal terms and jargon these contracts are filled with that we would not have been able to decipher alone. Additionally, I would like to praise his assistant Natalie who was working alongside him on our behalf. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had throughout our purchase. The level of trust we had built with them went a long way even when we did encounter a major stumbling block at our first closing appointment. It was ultimately a bank issue that was resolved and only delayed our closing back a week. However, I will never forget how Peter helped us understand that things like this do happen and assured us that we would be in our new home the following week. His great attitude, work ethic and knowledge of the business is all you will ever need in a Real Estate attorney.
