We just closed a deal on a house in NJ, many thanks to the Law Office of Marc Scolnick PC. Scott mainly helped us through the process and since we’re first-time owners, it really mattered that he was happy to answer all our queries. When he wasn’t available to take our call, he was quick to get back to us immediately. Most importantly, he helped us navigate the difficult circumstance that led to our having to look for a new house as the house we were renting a space in was suddenly sold and we were pressured to leave even before our lease was up. Scott very kindly offered to communicate on our behalf with our landlord’s lawyer, which helped relieve the stress of having to deal with this imposition. Great service always on point and they had helped me with lots of stuff

I had the pleasure of working with Marc and Scott for a deed transfer from my parents names to mine and my siblings. They were very professional and understood calmed my worries as my parent’s home insurance was about to canceled due to them both deceased. Time was of the u most importance in getting this handled as quick as possible.
