Joe O'Connor and his team were truly so helpful during a stressful and painful time after I had been in a car accident. After initially reaching out to Mr. O'Connor, he wanted to meet with me as soon as possible, only a day or two later, so that he could get all the information and get started. It was very easy to get in touch with either Mr. O'Connor or Alicia, the paralegal who was working on my case. All of my questions were answered quickly, and I was frequently checked on to see how I was doing. They worked to get me the best possible outcome as soon as possible, and it was so nice not having to worry about that aspect of my recovery.
