The worst attorney I’ve ever met. Takes your money and does nothing. Ray Ragues is totally incompetent.

Hace un año Pague a este señor para un divorcio y custodia. Y no hizo nada. Y cuando llamó para informarme de cómo va mi divorcio. Me entero de que el señor Raymond. Paró mi divorcio. Sin mi consentimiento.

When I became overwhelmed with debts, I thought of the way-out. I decided to file for bankruptcy. I called a few Attorneys whose names I found on the net. Some didnt answer, some didnt call me back until days later. I found Raymond name and number online. I called him. He started on my case immediately. He used technology to collect and sign my papers thus eliminating delays. The fee was and payment plan were convenient.The way he talked to me was with passion.He appeared with me at the court. I hired Mr. Ragues to handle a case. He filed all necessary paperwork in a timely manner. Case was closed quickly and with out any incident. He showed up to court on time and handled himself in a professional manner. Would recommend him.

He was hired to handle a simple law suit. He does not return phone calls and not the court case is in an inactive status as he has failed to file the necessary paperwork with the courts. This matter has dragged on for the better part of 10 years due to his inefficiencies.

I have used Mr. Ragues for several different cases and I have always been happy with the outcome. He thinks outside the box to get things done. I recommend his services to my friends and clients, all of the time.

My daughter was hit by a car on her way to school. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital where surgery was performed and an external fixator was placed on her leg. I was told that her leg would need to be amputated. I didn't know what to do. I called Mr. Ragues who advised me to take her out of that hospital. He told me to give the billing department my car insurance info so that they could get an ambulance to move her to another hospital. My insurance was charged, but they were later reimbursed. The insurance company of the car that struck my daughter paid for everything. She had plastic surgery after the external fixator was removed. I paid nothing. My insurance company paid nothing since they were reimbursed. Before my daughter had fully recovered, we went to court to settle the case. My daughter received the driver's entire insurance policy. We're very satisfied with the outcome and I think Mr. Ragues is the best and most honest lawyer I've ever met. I would recommend him to anyone. I am extremely satisfied.

You cant find a better defender for the average guy out there than Ray. Had problem after using credit cards for school, creditors put a levy on my lil savings and I went running to Ray when I found him online. He was God sent. He got my account released the very next day before he even asked me more questions about my case and what my options were. The rest was just the peace of mind with him that you cant put a price on. Am doing great now and because of him, I know how to manage my nickel and dime now and my credit is thru the roof, thanks Ray,,,,,,

My husband and I reviewed lawyers over the web. We decided on Ray because of the balance of clients he works with. We knew from that that he would work hard. And he did. From the moment we hired him within one week our bankruptcy was filed. A chapter 7 due to the horrible handling of a major bank's mortgage fiasco in another state. Ray worked with our attorney in that state and filed the bankruptcy before the sheriff's sale of our home. We were scared and didn't know what would happen. Everything Ray said to us was complete and true. He walked us through the entire process. We hadn't even met him. The day of our bankruptcy hearing we met Ray for the first time. He was on time, professional and comforting. We walked out of there basically debt free on a chapter 7. Our discharge came 60 days later. He and the court gave us a fresh start. We would recommend him and have to our family and friends.

Raymond is a true professional, honest and real expert in his field. I did a lot of research before choosing him to represent me. I was really stressed and lost with my divorce but when I got referred to Raymond the entire process became smooth and easy. I would recommend his services to a friend.
