She is very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, will fight for you and help you in anyway she can. She will keep you informed with your case, answer your questions, take the time to explain things to you, and will get back to you via email or phone, should you leave a message. The staff is also friendly , knowledgeable, and helpful and will take your call or message.
