I bought both of John's books, "The Power of a System" and "The Law Firm of your Dreams”, and they're simply extraordinary. The first one, 'The Power of a System', is the best guide to law firm management I've ever read, and I've gone through many. John is incredibly generous in sharing his experience and knowledge.
