I called John Fisher for guidance on a question regarding New York nursing home obligations. He came to the phone, could not have been nicer. We had a full discussion of the issue. He was generous with his time and most helpful.

John is an amazing and brilliant person.Although my case didnt warrant suit he has been helpfull and supportive. I would highly recommend his firm for any medical malpractice issues

I was blessed to meet John Fisher 15 years ago, at which time we sat down and discussed at length his commitment to representing the interests of injured medical patients. In the intervening years, I have also enjoyed his periodic exchanges of wisdom contained in his newsletters and updates regarding his career as a plaintiff’s medical malpractice practitioner and case and statutory law developments in this arena. Most recently, I’m enjoying working with him in a matter involving the claims of a widow whose husband died as a result of horrific treatment he received/didn’t receive at the hands of claimed medical practitioners.
