Contacted firm seeking representation for a medical malpractice case. Firm has been extremely responsive, and comprehensive. Looking forward to working with firm moving forward! - PLEASE READ!!! Correction: does not work thoroughly enough to meet client needs and explore actual lawsuit options. Scouting this lawsuit to inform others on lack of care in hospitals and careless physicians, not for monetary gain. Guess they care more about their check cut. Makes you waste time and will rush you until they obtain your information and then sleep on getting any information back to you. False hope central. Waste of sensitive time. Serena and Carly are wonderful though! Do not punish them for attorney/surgeon’s mistakes.
