May not accept all cases due to strict case selection criteria
“Waste of my time about 6 months ago asked for paperwork then 6 months later asked about the paperwork that we met with John directly and gave regarding the case only to receive a call yesterday to tell us they will not take case that's fine my biggest issue is why did they call to ask about ANY PAPERWORK regarding this issue when we met with John in glenmont long story short they need to hand over any documents that were released SIX MONTHS AGO what a weird interaction calling us to ask for paperwork we already handed over”
