Her office prepped a Medicaid application smoothly. Advising exactly what we needed to provide from day 1! Then, from contract, document prep to closing table less than 60 days. Ephie and Staff are great and helped my family with estate planning and guiding us thru process after my mom passed. The Trataros Law firm also does real-estate and rental lease contracts making it a seamless transition if chosing to sell or rent homes after execution of an estate settlement.

I went to The Trataros Law firm with my Mom's will, which was contested. Ephie, Lisa and Elena handled everything and kept me updated. They also handled the closing for the sale of the property and closed out the estate. Everything was well handled, I had very positive results. I would recommend them and use them again.

Ephie Trataros and her staff were great to work with in the sale of my house. Things did not go smoothly and they were right there with me through it all.
Besides Ephie, Madeline Finnegan in the office, was patient, supportive and helpful. I really think they cheered as much as I did when the closing finally happened. They are knowledgeable, helpful and great to work with.
