Al and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, forthcoming, and kind-hearted from the moment we made an offer until the last document was signed at the closing. Al, Lisa, or Cheryl picked up the phone every time I called, responded to emails within a few hours (and often within minutes), and kept us calm throughout what can be a nerve-wracking process. We closed on the property yesterday, and the seller's attorney, the bank's attorney, and my real estate broker each commented separately on Al's efficiency and professionalism. I would hire Al again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney in the Ulster County area.
