Spent a year getting nowhere only to get farmed out to another attorney for the same reason I went to them. It went nowhere and was a giant waste of my time.

Eli bosch is the worst, he told me he would help me then declined to help after i hired him because i did get vaccinated. Would not recommend

First let me start by saying I did not choose this firm, I was referred to them by Spiegel, Brown, and Fischera since they were closing down their firm due to a partner leaving the practice. That being said, the attorney who handled my case did not seem to care at all about taking on the case, which was a MVA related personal injury case. He did not seem to fight for me, and all he seemed to care about was pushing the case through to get a settlement and be done with it. Calls were never returned, and when they were they were met with snarky comments of why I should just settle, meanwhile my prior attorneys firm contacted me every week and was even going for triple the overall amount of what was offered. Not to mention the case dragged on for almost 4 years before even being offered a measly settlement for all my injuries and the repercussions of said injuries. I cannot in good faith recommend this firm to anyone

Don’t ever go here!!!!!!!!The worst lawyer experience I ever had in my life. The lawyer I working with was completely rude and unprofessional as well as his assistants! He literally called me asking me what do I want like he works at Burger King drive thru. 😂 I get it most people in Kingston are slow so I’m not surprised.He even said I submitted the paperwork what else do you want from me Complete joke😂. Don’t waste your time here go to connors or manetti where they get the job done and they a kind enough to drop you off at your physical therapy instead of making you drive all over the Hudson valley to get paperwork that should’ve been faxed in the first place.Calling the better business bureau is just a start.Looks like I’m not the only one with the same complaint.
