I was severely injured in a head on accident. John DeGasperis handled my case over the past 3.5 years and I would highly recommend him. One of my injuries is a TBI and I have found so many people lack the understanding of what someone goes through and how different TBI’s can be. John not only understood this but helped bring it to light and show how unfortunately this truly impacts my daily life. He understood it beyond just what my medical records showed and took the time to listen to me. Both John and Katie kept in regular contact and were always available to answer any questions. Above everything they showed genuine concern for myself and my family. It’s clear how passionate John is about his work and doing what’s best for his clients. In the late 80's, I was involved in an MVA, went to a local attorney, he wasn't aggressive enough for me, never heard from him, or returned my calls. I was frustrated. DO NOT USE!!!!!! Didn't call back. Had to call them. Just to be told, "unless a case is one they can win they don't take it". They won't even try if the odds aren't good for them. I was never told they don't do this type of law until after this review went up. And unfortunately they don't know the definition of a frivolous lawsuit being as this is not one. Just because odds aren't in someone's favor doesn't make it frivolous..... What happened to justice for the people who have been hurt or injured. Guess you better have an easy case for them.
