Marc is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through all of the details of the will process and closing on our house. He gives you additional invaluable advice regarding legal matters that prepares you and saves money. His office is very responsive and timely. He's very fair and makes sure you are not overcharged for anything. In addition, he has a great sense of humor and had me laughing the whole time. I'm glad that I have such a great, trustworthy lawyer.

My fiancé and I used Marc Miller to buy our first home. Marc Miller and his team were unbelievable in helping us throughout the entire process. Any questions we had (we had a lot!) they were very timely and professional in their responses. I would definitely recommend using them!!

Marc and Autumn were indispensable during our first home purchase! They answered all of our questions in a timely matter and Marc provided some much needed comic relief at closing. While we hope to not have to go through the home purchasing process again anytime soon we will absolutely be using Marc W Miller Associates again when we do.

I don't write many reviews, but Marc Miller's office, and in particular his assistant Autumn, is a dream to work with and I just have to spread the word!
We had some difficulties buying our first home but Autumn and team were really excellent in helping us work through the process. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
I've seen it said that when picking a real estate attorney you should evaluate their assistant as much as the attorney themselves and in this case I don't think you could find a better person to work with!

Marc was excellent to work with throughout our home-buying process. His staff at his office were extremely professional and worked quickly to get us through the hurdle of home buying. I have had Marc W.Miller handle the purchase and sale of my property in Ulster County, New York. He also handled several refinances. He is most professional, friendly, and efficient. Every transaction was handled with personal care making each one stress free. I was confident my needs were being addressed and all legalities were conducted properly. His legal assistant, Autumn and office staff are skilled and pleasant. I felt like I was dealing with family assured that everything would be managed well.
