From the start, Mr. Kirk and his staff responded quickly to my situation. Everyone knows how slow insurance companies work. We were facing forclosure. Mr. Kirk advised me I could file for unemployment benefits when the insurance company cut my checks. Nobody else gave me this information. It helped me make my mortgage payments and keep me and my family in our home. From the start I got a full explanation of my rights under workman's comp, unemployment, social security, and returning to work. When I had a problem getting my medicine, they took care of it. I can't say enough about these guys!!

Always answer my questions whether the clerical staff does or they have the attorney get back to me if they cannot. Never feel like a number or that it is a waste of their time to talk to me. I would highly recommend this firm!!

I went to him and asked for a final settlement and he comes out and states, " he can only get me another $5,000.00 more as a full settlement". So I would not trust him at all on going for a settlement. If you need to write a letter stating you are dismissing your lawyer and send on to the board, one to the insurance carrier, and one to the lawyer. Then you have to send another letter to the insurance carrier and they send it to the people that deal with the section 32 settlement and they will call you.
