Scott is excellent. This was my first time purchasing real estate, and Scott’s guidance and professionalism helped to make it a positive experience. He was diligent in looking out for my best interest, and protecting me from any potential risk. We were able to leverage language Scott included in the contract to get a significant credit after the property was inspected. If you’ve never worked with an attorney before, it can be a little intimidating to know where to start, what qualities to look for. I would say, someone who has a lot of experience, is smart and knows the law — but also someone that’s great at communication, can be a good guide, listen and understand what you’re trying to accomplish. Scott has all those qualities, and in addition, he cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good, honest real estate attorney.

I was having problems with my new landlord. He was trying to put me out. Because I have rent control from 1900's. The original rent control. I tried other lawyers ave they didn't know anything about rent control. I was referred to Ms. Kahn and she did a great job. She's like family to me. That's how good she is. I'll refer anyone to her. Which I have but I don't know if they used her or not. Anyway I'm greatly satisfied.

I called the NY Bar Association in desperation and got an immediate referral, called late on a Friday, and suddenly everything looked different. Robin was right there, understood, exactly the right tone, and agreed to work with my son and me and handled both of us with care. Iwould have caved completely in order to be done! Over the whole time it took, she was always right there and negotiated on our behalf, keeping up with a miserable uncooperative management company and always protective and positive. I cannot say enough about this experience- so glad it is resolved.
