Attorney Frank Bybel of Lackawanna, NY; serial liar The state of New York presented Frank Luther Bybel with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Buffalo Law School. The Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct Knowingly made a false statement fact or law to a tribunal Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice Engaged in conduct that adversely reflects on his fitness as a lawyer Engaged in a series of calculated misrepresentations (lies) As one would suspect, this wasn’t Frankie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received four (4) complimentary letters of caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct. As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license. As we speak (ca. July 2016), Frankie practices with the Law Offices of Frank L. Bybel at 561 Ridge Road in Lackawanna, New York.
