I worked with Nathan on the sale and closing of a property I owned in the area. Despite a number of significant unforeseen issues and difficulties, Nathan was able to guide the sale through each issue to a successful conclusion. He is professional, knowledgeable, capable, and steady as a rock. I live out of state, and consider myself extremely fortunate to have engaged Nathan's services. Highly recommended.
