As a real estate associate broker with (Howard Hanna RE Services) for 23 years I have had the opportunity to work with many attorneys. Matt went above and beyond on this last transaction I had. He was efficient, always communicated with me every step of the way and his office staff is the nicest around. Anytime I had a question they were quick to answer. Very professional! Matt Norfolk handled a real estate transaction for me. Since I live a couple of counties west of Lake Placid, Matt made sure that all of the particular county requirements were met. The clerk in my county's office with whom I filed the transaction remarked upon the completeness of the forms and documents. She commented that it was refreshing to not have to send the forms and documents back for re-work. Matt was always accessible to advise and answer questions. I was more than satisfied in my dealings with him and highly recommend him.
