Mr. Apat saved me. I suffered severe injury in both knees and couldn’t walk for several months. I was in tremendous pain and required expensive surgeries and physical therapy. Mr. Apat helped me achieve a settlement that covered these expenses and the other changes I needed to make in my life. From the start, he was trustworthy and pleasant to work with, making my ordeal a lot less terrible. I recommend him and his team at VMM wholeheartedly, no question.

Mr Trotti did an excellent job especially considering the circumstances. What we both thought was going to be an easy process, was anything but, and Mr Trotti handled it extremely well. He definitely fought hard for me.

I have no idea how many false reviews this law firm has bought. Richard Apat was the person who charged us for my litigation case, everything we called it, it takes him 2 weeks to call us back. And he blamed us for not collecting all the information when we try to collect all the evidence along the way, while he did absolutely no investigation and no research on the LLC we were trying to sue. Absolutely irresponsible lawyer and I would call this a FRAUD.

James Burdi has assisted me and my family members with a number of legal matters over the past several years. He has completed multiple estate planning documents, expedited a difficult real estate sale and, more recently, reviewed contract documents before my signing that would have potentially had substantial negative consequences had he not advised me about each stipulation. Mr. Burdi is patient, extremely knowledgeable and has a very pleasant demeanor. He consistently makes recommendations that are in my best interest. He works quickly and efficiently, always crossing every 't' and dotting every 'I’. When I found myself in a difficult situation with elder care issues, Mr. Burdi suggested that I consult with his colleague, Constantina Papageorgiou. She is kind, compassionate and worked at all hours of the day and night to help me. She stepped me through every care decision for someone who could not fend for himself and prevented me from committing financial errors. Ms. Papageorgiou is an expert at elder care law.

We dealt with Constantina who is an experienced lawyer in estate planning. She was very pleasant and accommodating, but, more importantly, she is knowledgeable and professional and her advice was in our best interest. We highly recommend her and her firm!

Never met him in person, but from the moment I spoke to him on the phone, he was so concise, explanatory and knowledgeable. His conviction on his knowledge outweighed other attorneys I spoke to. In regards to Receiving Letters of Administration from Surrogates Court of NYC, he got the job done for me. He wasn’t slow, always updated me, and just does what he knows to do. I totally recommend. He has the lawyer voice and I love it. Everyone else just seem like interns. Not this guy. Call him.

Recently, this past year, we had the pleasure of working with Joel and his office in the sale of our home in Sea Cliff. His help in maneuvering the field of paperwork, making decisions, communicating , answering any questions immediately ..he made it effortless! He helped everything move smoothly and actually I would say he pretty much did the work of the lawyer for the buyer and the seller(although he only got paid by the seller:-) We highly recommend him, and if we need it, we would use him again for sure!

Richard Apat was the second attorney I hired on a difficult adverse possession claim. He was up front, honest and available when I had any questions or concerns. I wish I had hired him first!
