After having issues with a previous lawyer, I found Melvin and he made the home buying process so much easier and the contract with the seller was completed in a few days. Melvin was always extremely responsive to messages and explained all the paperwork clearly. All the legal documents were completed on time or ahead of schedule even with an accelerated close process.
