I CAN NOT begin to express my thanks and gratitude enough to Melvin. For years I was fighting foreclosure and then one day it dawned on me that maybe I didn’t need to short sale my home (after numerous bad advice from other attorneys) and that maybe I could just do a regular sale. After deciding on a qualified Real Estate agent, Melvin was highly recommended to me. My foreclosure was coming down to the wire, Melvin was able to get the court to stop the foreclosure, facilitate the sale of the home, and that helped me to walk away from the home fair and square with Wells Fargo while putting some money in my own pocket to start life over again from scratch. Never give up! Keep fighting and fight with the right attorney like Melvin!

I was a first time home buyer and working with Melvin was great! He explained the whole process and was with me every step of the way. He made sure the process was seamless. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better to work with!

A complete fraud! He was hired and PAID to stop a foreclosure and represent a family member of mine and then claims to have done it and vanished into thin air. Hangs up the phone on us now that we’re questioning if he indeed stopped the foreclosure since someone ELSE now claims they did! He’s a fraud. Don’t waste your money. He wouldn’t even put his name down as our representing attorney and then when we call from a different number he answers and once he realizes it’s us, hangs up quickly. Completely unprofessional, rude and I DO NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. He stole our money.

I worked with John piccinnini for a couple of months and I could honestly say he is and awesome person to have on your side when going through a house buying processes when my first deal feel though he didn't give up on me like I wanted to he told me keep on looking which I did and I finally got into my new home John ALWAYS responded to ALL of my calls and messages ALLWAYS kept me in the loop with what was going on with my deal and once he doesn't feel comfortable with something especially if it's in a contract he will be all the way for you until it's right that's what I loved about him he is a great attorney that wouldn't send you down the wrong path I would be referring him to a lot more people trust me thanks again John for everything from my family and I!!!!!!!!
