I was so nervous about the divorce process but I certainly picked the right firm to represent me. The entire staff has been so professional and patient with me. I knew the moment I consulted with Jason Barbera that he would do a great job. Donna is simply amazing...friendly, knowledgeable and most of all caring. Mindy has made me so comfortable knowing she is taking care of my case. I’m in great hands and I can’t thank them enough for making this so painless!!!

Currently being represented by Jason Barbara & Associates. Our initial phone consultation (due to covid) went well so we devised a plan for amending my current custody agreement. There was an issue about an upcoming court date that I was not notified of so I called and spoke to Jewell who was very friendly and assured me that someone would get back to me. The next morning @ 9am Jason Barbara called me personally to address the issue. As it turns out it was a clerical mistake within the family courts. Mr. Barbara is a very knowledgable as well as personable attorney whom I would highly recommend. In my experience it is not very common to find an attorney that takes such a hands on approach with his clients. My only regret is that i was not referred to him sooner so he could have represented during my divorce.

Jayson and his team handled my divorce several years ago and now just finished up my custody battle which we I won. Jayson is a lawyer you can trust is aggressive when needed and never misses a court date. I would highly recommended him for any divorce or custody related matters.

He tried his best to save Thomas Valva, but was up against an incompetent judge, an equally incompetent lawyer who was representing the boys, and their lying NYPD father. Thomas Valva has now been murdered by his father, who was disgustingly awarded custody without a proper hearing. Again, corrupt judge. Thank you Mr. Barbara for trying to save Thomas.
