Had the misfortune of suffering a none fault accident thank giving eve of 2015 from a yellow cab. I don't recall whom recommended me to Jaffe and Cohen but having Mr. Tiger on my corner made a huge successful ending happen. TLC does not pay well and they also take forever into paying out. 8 years later thanks to Mr. Tigers constant battle on my behalf I settled for a payout I was not expecting and extremely grateful for. Thank you all at the staff as well for your patience and professionalism. I will definitely highly recommend anyone in need of an attorney to come to them and not waste time with anyone else.

I retained this firm in July 2018 for my civil case caused by a work accident that resulted in several traumatic injuries to my body. I retained this firm and spoke to one of the partners Richard S Jaffe and his paralegal. I discharged my previous attorneys because I found out they committed fraud against me. At first everything was great I was told they will not make any decisions without my consent and authorization. Then suddenly an attorney named Stephen Tiger and Stefan Boravina was handed my case ending of 2018. Everything I was told when I retained this firm changed I was hardly ever informed of what was going on in my case, they treated me and my wife like they did not want to see us and talk to us. On February 07, 2020 I discharged this firm. Months later I received my efile account with NYSCEF. That is when I found out that Richard S. Jaffe created a fake Durable Power Of Attorney and filed it with NYSCEF on 04/17/2019. I never retained Richard S. Jaffe or any other attorney or firm as my Power Of Attorney. My wife is the only POA/HCP Executor I ever appointed in my life, no one else. Till this day this firm has never sent my files to me. I do not know what decisions was made by Richard S. Jaffe and this firm without my consent and authorization in any of my cases in connection to my May 04, 2016 work accident/injuries.
