This firm consists of an excellent team of lawyers. It is a stress-free office. Attorney Richard Jaffe is highly experienced. He knows exactly what he is doing. Never think twice about giving him a call. I know that these services will leave you satisfied. Attorney Tricia Smith is wonderful and caring. It was a pleasure speaking and working with her. She placed me in a safe environment to speak about my legal matters. I was free to openly discuss all matters concerning my case. I have already sent clients to this firm knowing that they will leave feeling satisfied and I will continue to send many more. I had an excellent time working with both attorneys and this firm.

I cannot praise attorney Stephen Tiger & paralegals/assistants Carola Sanchez & Dara Koehl enough. Steve’s obvious expertise in the field was extremely reassuring and, frankly, his tenacity was absolutely instrumental in securing an extremely favorable result. Carola & Dara were wonderful at communicating & facilitating the myriad moving pieces (re: the insurance company, doctors, etc.), turning what could have otherwise been a very challenging & unwieldy process into a seamless experience. Steve, Carola & Dara each continually exhibited the utmost professionalism throughout the duration of our case; there was not a single instance of having to “chase” any of them for information/updates, etc. They were always on top of every detail, every step of the way—which, given what the whole of 2020 shaped up to be b/c of COVID, was even more impressive and greatly appreciated. But even more so, they each treated us with a level of care & compassion one could only hope for when having to navigate the aftermath of an accident. I would recommend their services to anyone in a heartbeat.

April 2019 I was involved in an car accident at work, I gave this law office a call. At first communication was amazing but as months turned into years I don’t hear anything from anyone. Whenever I call the office, the paralegal or lawyers are never in the office or “working from home” & I’ll receive a call back. I never get that callback. I called about 2 weeks ago to ask about an update & was told I’ll receive a call & I’m still waiting on an update. It would be nice to know whats going on with my case but I never get any information on anything related to this case. Communication is really horrible! If I could do it all over I’d probably would have went with another lawyer office. Maybe my case isn’t big enough so its pushed aside. I don’t know but I do know they leave me blind to everything & anything going on related to my case.

It’s easy to write a good review when they do their job. Their paralegals are nasty. But I’m sure theyll be nice after this. These people should get new jobs...don’t call them and don’t waste your time they act nice but there not good people. Common liars oops I mean lawyers
